One question is there a STRAP to hold it on as there was not one in the box.Thank You

Poor quality of riveting made one of the rivets come loose the unit then had to be repaired, by me. However when the item is fitted correctly and positioned correctly and fitted correctly it works correctly. Trying to get a credit out of the supplier or Amazon was a nightmare. In the end I received a £10 credit which in my opinion was not good enough. This is why I'm I'll give you the truth about this item. Poorly made but with a bit of beefing up works fine.

Product is working as it should defecting the wind from coming down the flue.

Bought this to prevent downdraft and prevent a stove smoking. In my location it did not work and wind continued to blow smoke into the room. It spun around the first day but after the stove was lit the first time it stopped spinning and hasn't turned since, even in strong winds. I had bought this as a test for another chimney but would not recommend and won't be buying again. Waste of money.

Very flimsy carful when fitting working ok for now

Get what you pay for, this is not much thicker than tin foil! Mine all buckled in the wind within a few weeks so I have had to purchase a new one elsewhere.

This item fell to pieces after less than 1 month. all internal rivets failed. Top fell off.

The diameter was more then 150mm and had to put two lots of shims in to make it fit. .. Had two fire's and it do NOT spin anymore due to a crap spindle and holder that do not have bearings
