I was able to snag this camera on a lightning deal and wish I would have grabbed two! The price on this camera is absolutely phenomenal even without the sale. It has a very clear picture and is a wonderful camera for this low price point. I live in an apartment in a not so great area and this camera has been a god send. You don’t have to worry about battery life because it plugs in,it’s super easy to set up and works with Alexa devices. You can use your echo show as a monitor. With the SD card there is no monthly expense. I love this thing and will be getting another for my back yard soon. Thank you!!

Great cameras for the value of money. I got now 8 Vimtag cam, easy to set up, compact and convenient to add at any location in the house that it has an electric outlet. Great quality picture, all function work perfectly as described. TheVimtag support team is incredibly fast, professional, and overall satisfactory. I have gotten super-fast courtesy email responses to any questions I had for them about one cam that cannot be connected. After confirm it is a defective cam they offer to ship to me another new one in 2 days. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, reliable security solution for their home or business. 5/5 stars and definitely WILL buy more of these! Great camera at a great price! We recently adopted a puppy and needed peace of mind while she is in her crate. This camera was easy to set up by connecting to WiFi and adding the app to our phones. It is a small unit yet the camera view is wide and can zoom in. We use the bl/wh feature because she is a black dog in a black crate. So pleased with this purchase that we ordered a second one for another location. Customer Service reached out and provided a 2 year warranty. Highly recommend this product! 👍

Update June 2023: I had the camera running for a while, and it works beautifully. But, yesterday I wanted to preserve a video saved on the SD card. Please be careful if you want to save your video to a later use and/or storage, as it is not so easy and intuitive. I have a dash cam where I remove the SD card, and either swap with a new card, or download what I need and reinsert. But not this on this VIMTAG camera ... The camera formats the SD card once you insert it. Also, once you remove the SD card, the partition is corrupted and cannot be read. So, if you want the video on the SD to be preserved, you need to download while the SD card is still in the camera on the device you have the VIMTAG app - in my case my phone - then transfer that download to a safe site. It seems that there is not enough quality testing done on this device. Bummer, because it's such a great little device otherwise. <><><> Purchased this for $19.99 and ended up purchasing 3 total. The camera has a very good image, great motion detection, and can see in the dark through the window!!! I installed it inside the front window and it can capture cars and people going by at 25+ feet away. I am also happy that I can capture the neighbor's numerous cats prancing by at night. The motion sensor picks them up and the motion light activates. I took away one star because I put a question - two actually - to the vendor how to use a power bank - battery or solar rechargeable - and received the same response that it is for power plug only. However, one user did mention that he was walking around using a power bank, but no other details. I want to capture the house - hence 3 purchases - during a hurricane - which lasts about 5 hours in total - to see if my neighbor's stuff breaks my windows ... So, if anyone has any ideas, please upload your set-up. By the way, in the testing mode that I have now, 24 hours continuous recording lasts more than 1 week for a 64 GB drive and more for the 128 GB one.

Oh my God. When they assure u it's so easy and it will work on first easy set up. No hidden charges and ALSO the directions are in English , strait forward and u just know it's sounds to good to be true. For the price you pay u would never believe the ads are not the slight bit misleading. It's a clear picture and it's motion sensor .. and what you see is what u get. No need for cloud storage just get an SD card and add cloud till then or don't it's all up to you. I tried to wait to rush to tell the world.. it's all true, you really do get the quality they state once but it's so cheap. Eventually theirs gonnabe a way to see that u get what you pay for. If ur like me and have finds like this come along only to shout it from the mountain tops you found a hidden gem and they're going to figure out what theyve got and raise the price so quietly LOAD UP. It's the secret of the sentry. I can't hold it in any longer it failed all my fail tests and never once said oh ya.. remeind u .. so howd we do.. untill I just remebered I purposely was hoping id be able to prove everyone wrong and lost my head because look they instantly raised the price. Please please if you are on the fence about the camera and are wondering if the reviews are true, if they start out great but well I have to do this alteration but you get what u pay for. You do and sometimes non greedy people would rather build brand quality and feel well if we are honest and can build a name for ourselves without giving it to that. U bought that . We lasted up untill you wanted more and knew that that as hard as you tried you never get more than you paid for without a catch and wait for the reviews. This camera doesn't elaborate over have truths they embelesh , lure you in and suddenly you wonder how ur great deal disappeared into thin air .what I miss. U missed not taking my advice and promising u I worried and over thought and doubted all the time you took before deciding hey.. okay. I'm ready to lose 12 dollars only to worry that everyone' you told will be right and damn.. where are they. They went out of business trying to be more than fair and put doubting fearful customers and ease. No really we don't make false promises. Small easy set up and pairing. There's no catch. We say it's clear picture and motion cencered and we stare each function clear as it simply sounds. We don't need to sugar coat it as long as we put our success in ur preassumsions and we offer something simple and strait forward at a minimal profit we don't need to over sell cause we live our product and you will too. At this rate I'm going to believe this company is honest and up front and creates so little doubt that only due to greedy over indationed junk can we justify we can trust we get what we pay for. I literally underestamated this hidden gem i wish before I share my find and keep this honest fair company building I fill my closet just in xase I let this greedy country allow me to judge a product before I insists I really did get everything I was looking for and at a steal. This country is too hard on honest company's trying to sell us junk for a steal and never can u get MORE than you bargoned for till we are hit with this little number and find that you can't afford to get ahead of the game . Let everyone know now what a truly great find u chanced and if u don't do ur part to honor the company cause don't let the price fool you ur not helping them either. I need to tell you. I love this 2 pack camera for home security. I love when I am away from home I am getting update movement alerts. You can zoom in and out on your devices to see the area and you can talk to and get responses back from visitors. I highly recommended this pair of cameras. The set up is easy and it comes with mounting screws. You can add storage by using a sd card. The camera is wired so as long as you have power you have access to your camera. There is no battery. Very good quality camera that uses WiFi.

Video is good but the app could use some love. It’s really a shame these Chinese cameras all use apps instead of having dedicated nvr because the apps leave so much to be desired and really limit functionality. Also this camera has the time set to China time! Is a full day ahead( also am instead of pm) of eastern US local time and it appears there’s no way to fix it in the app settings! Also you can’t pinch to zoom in live view but you can when viewing saved recording which is just weird. Also, switching to wide view is finicky, sometimes it works when just tilting phone sometimes it needs to r done manually and sometimes the change causes the app to send you back into the camera selection screen. It’s a real shame and now I can’t return because it’s past return window. Oh well all least it was under $20. *Edit 2/10/26 Ok I added a star. I unplugged this camera for awhile but decided to use again. You can now pinch to zoom in live view and I found out for to change the time zone in settings. The microphone isn’t the best but for sub $20 can’t complain. Now I’m just pissed it’s $5 cheaper than when I purchased lol

I would like to give some of my opinions and experiences of using this most beautiful very small security camera. I first bought one in 2013. I loved it very much because of this security camera's amazing beautiful picture quality, awesome color with clear video and good resolution. I also appreciate its ease of setup and value for money. Some users loved their inexpensive subscription for Loop video storage, but I did not use it. The camera performed extremely well during both day and night, I must give praise to its night vision capabilities. I got no functionality or connectivity issues. I could connect flawlessly to WiFi. Two weeks ago, I went to trip, came home found out the camera stop working but I also noticed Vimtag is having a huge sale 50% off, so I bought another one. This is a newer model works amazingly awesome. So I worked with their very tentative Vimtag support team. They are truly the best customer support team spent lots of time trying to help me debug my original camera. At end they shipped a replacement. I could not thank them enough. BTY, this tiny beauty got humongous punch. Check my picture to see how cute they are. I put my mid-size mittens behind it and a 12oz honey bottle for comparison. I use the Cameras to watch birds mating outside and babysit indoors, truly wonderful products to have or gift to friends or family members.
