What color is this Yerba mate?

Tan, light brown. It is not green. All yerba mate tea I've ever had over decades has been shades of tan and light brown.

Is the caffeine high in this product?

From what I understand, Yerba mate contains mateine which is a cousin of caffeine but people who are caffeine sensitive can sometimes drink Yerba mate. I’ve been drinking mate for 25 years now and it wakes me up but doesn’t jack me up. When I drink YM, I drink at least 20-24 ounces of mate and if I drank that much coffee I’d be bouncing off the walls

Is this stem and leaf or just leaf?

Is more grind leaf I don’t see to much stem in it it does taste great
