Hi. The ring is metal and the toucan what is made of?

The toucan is made of a very substantial resin material.

Would I be able to take it off the ring without much damage? I'm trying to incorporate it on a custom concrete foux tree design.

It would probably be a very good idea. I attached the bird to the ring, adding a lot of super glue to the flimsy screw. The next day the bird fell off and broke into many pieces. I spent two days trying to piece it back together
