In my case, the CR2025 powers the remote for my space heater.When the remote stopped working, I tested the old battery with a voltage meter, and it read 3.0V. So I ordered this 4-pack, and the new batteries measured a healthy 3.23V. I popped one in the remote, and it's working fine again.The included expiration date is 2029 (2024 now), so I'm set for years. Duracell touts their 10-year shelf life.My package doesn't mention "bitter coating" for safety. But the child-resistant packaging is tough to open without scissors - that's deterrent enough.Each battery has a small paper label that must be peeled off before use.If you just need a few CR2025 coin batteries every so often, the Duracell 4-pack is a good value choice.

I find it ridiculous that I can not start a car with a key anymore! Rant over. So my key fob that contains the key which does not start the car, apparently had a dying battery. The longer that I went without replacement, the closer I had to be with the key fob to the push start button of the car. Finally, it was to the point that I had to use the key fob to push the button to start, instead of just pushing the button. After watching a helpful YouTube video, I learned how to locate and change the battery. I ordered them and I can now start my car again with the key fob laying in the back seat. Overall, the battery works as expected and has lasted a week so far so I would currently recommend.
