I can not eat flaxseeds, so I wanted to find an alternative; I was looking for cold-pressed, organic flaxseed oil. I found this one on Amazon, and it's great. Exactly as described and at a good price.

Flax oil is a great source of omega 3 and helps with certain dietary needs and intracellular healing. The dark bottle helps preserve the oil from oxidation. The squeezable bottle can squirt about a tablespoon at a time into recipes ( squirt the oil onto a measuring spoon for accuracy). The taste alone is bland and a little bitter, but with other spices and seasonings, it's palatable.

Works well for seasoning cast iron skillets

I have just started to use this product so unable to support results yet but will be having a lipid test in a month. In the mean while this product is easy to ingest as the taste is very mild.

This flaxseed oil is just as described love that it’s organic and the liquid form makes it really easy to add in to smoothies and hide it in other foods. I will put it in my smoothie with my kids. My husband will add it with some Kiefer and a probiotic that he has and has been doing that as a morning drink and it really has helped with his gut issues. He has Sibo and leaky gut and since he has started doing that morning drink, he says he feels much better. My kids and I do not have stomach issues, but we still use that because it’s still a good healthy food to add to your diet. It was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend it to other others.!
