A friend recommended X3 but that is not available in India. I researched an alternative and this came close. It feels like it has a solid build. The kit is mechanically simple and does not have unnecessary attachments and adjustment straps like some competitive products. There is only a 30 lbs band and a 50 lbs band and the two can be used together for 80 lbs. The upper body exercises mimic weight-lifting with barbells. The abs and core workout is like the regular crunches but with the added resistance from the bands. The lower body workout is squats also in the style of weight-lifting. I like that it gives a good whole-body workout to build fitness and strengthen the core in as little as 10 mins a day. I don't have much time in a day and am loving that I can fit it in a tight schedule.

Strong resistance. If you put in the work you’ll see great results . Stretch height is perfect for me … 5’6 female. You can add additional bands for greater resistance. Easy to use and assemble. Squats and sit ups really work those muscles.

To start with, this is phenomenal. I had already done an hour long workout earlier in the morning, so didn't put a lot into using this, but even after 30 seconds of using it in various positions, I definitely felt the workout.My absolute ONLY con with this is, I am 5'3" and the bands are too tall for me to do most of the positions successfully if I want ANY resistance. They stretch so much and my legs are short that I don't get much out of them as is. I am purchasing additional resistance bands and will just be adding resistance at higher weights to counter that issue. I can already lift 80 pounds easily as is, so even both bands together on each side didn't really help with having to stretch taller than I am to feel anything. I think someone 5'7" and above would do better for the maximum resistance. Other than that, it is absolutely perfectly. I am insanely excited to begin using it for a full workout tomorrow.

I'm 5'2 and it's difficult to feel the tension, by the time you feel tension your already full extended, etc would be better if there was an option for bands to be a little shorter for shorter people. But quality of product is good

This Bar is the strapless fixed bolt style that I enjoy more for lifting exercises.. Its easy to assemble and take a part and the probability is superb. It fits just about anywhere and I mainly take it to work to get exercise in between long bouts if tedium.

Really great quality, also really easy to store with the bag it came with!
