Good, strong, simple collar pins
These are just as they appear in the photo. They're the right size, strong, and much easier to insert into collars and to fasten than collar pins that depend on very thin screw-ends. The price is right, too.

I have a size 18 neck and fits (barely) make sure you have the right collar shirt (can't be a wide collar) and if you do not have custom pinholes in your collar (almost nobody does) this will leave visible holes even after dry-clean so it will be wise to use a shirt you don't mind dedicating to this look.
