The pins work great. Unlikely another pair will be used like these. Next year they will be used once. They will hold open a cape. 1 pin in each collar point. when the cape is on the open ends will be closed together holding the cape open 2.5" at the top. This is an important part of my costume for next years for the annual Halloween showing of "The Phantom of the Opera" accompanied by live theatre pipe organ Like when first shown at the Hollywood theatre in Portland Oregon in the 1920's. I'm going as the Phantom and have a $66 full head mask. Will be seen by hundreds.
