The suction cups are a better quality that cradle the aluminum feet. The attachments for the feet and the cutter heads are not wing nuts they are barrel nuts that are easier to use. The arm that goes between the handle and the pusher head is one piece aluminum not two piece thin metal. There is an easy lock for the pusher head that just turns to release the plastic pusher head for easy cleaning. The stainless steel trough (under the potato) slides out for easy cleaning. I have found that if I center the potato in the center of the cutting head rather than setting it on the stainless steel "V" tray, the potato cuts easier and the potato skins don't clog the edges of the cutting head making it easier to clean the head. I purchased both the 1/2" and 1/4" heads but I use the included 3/8" and 1/2" the most.
