It has a little bit of a taste even though it's a capsule but it gets the job done. I've been using it on and off for months for my high liver enzyme levels and my enzyme levels have been getting lower ever since so I would call that a win. I would give this 5 if it didn't have a slight taste to it.

I have always had high liver enzymes and really don't like it. I have started using this. Between this and dietary changes I have seen a very very small improvement. I have gone through one bottle and plan to keep using it to see if it will work for me.

I've ordered these multiple times. I'm 5'1" and weigh 120. To me, one size does not fit all. My husband weighs twice as much so he takes 3. Bottle says take 3, I take 2 a day at once, with my other prescription meds. Make sure you can with your prescription. Google it. My doctor was concerned about my Liver because my blood test showed I was getting into the red zone. Needless to say, my doctor said my liver looks good and to keep doing what ever I'm doing.
