This cup is amazing! I love how it has a little "clip" on it so you can hold the whole water bottle with one finger! You do not have to deal with cleaning a straw like on a lot of cups. I love ice water and it keeps my water ice cold for 12 hours or more even in 90 degree heat! I've taken it many times to the pool on a super hot day and love that I can enjoy my ice water all day! My whole family loves this cup and we have been using this particular style for years! We call it, "The miracle cup!" I seriously can't live without this cup, it goes everywhere with me...everywhere!

I like my hot drinks fairly hot and cold drinks very cold. I have been using the Zojirushi brand and love them. However, they are pricey and lately have had a very limited choice of sizes and colors. My sister and brother-in-law swear by Contigo brand so I decided to try one and save about $10 over Zojirushi in order to compare them. My new one is a 24 ounce bottle. I found that filled with liquid, it is too heavy. I am 76 and have arthritic hands. For the same reason, I disliked having to hold down a button while drinking. I also felt my Zojirushi mug did a better job of retaining heat or cold.I can certainly recommend Contigo, which has a good reputation and many fans. However, I like Zojirushi more! It is better for us old folks!There are other models I haven’t tried of the Contigo ones so can only talk about the model I just bought. This model is good but I still prefer my old Zojirushi mugs!

I have tons of the really huge and heavy metal water bottles with larger capacity. I like those for a long hike or a day at the beach, but for day to day, this is MUCH more portable, convenient, easy to drink from and pleasant to use. I really like the contigo push to drink option, and the size is much more reasonable for around town. I also like the simple attachment loop that makes it easy to attach to a bag with a carabiner. It's nearly a perfect size for a bottle of wine also, if that's what I'm wanting to carry around. Literally the best water bottle ever.

This is my second Contigo water bottle and I am already impressed with the newer design. My old water bottle would get filled with mold on the top of the lid. It was really hard to clean, but with the newer version, you can push a mechanism that allows you to clean out all of the molds.

I have been using Contigo water bottles for 10 years. They are absolutely the best. Just know if you drop it on a hard surface, you may need to replace it as it will not hold temperature as well.
