Defective product
I bought a Save with used option, that described it was in very good condition, oy packaging was damaged. No problem. Sounds good for a 5 euro discount.However, the plug on the bag that holds the liquid is almost fully unglued. It's impossible to use the product like that.Is there any way to get a replacement for the bag via Learning Resources?It sounds like a waste of resources to return the product yet again for it to again go to another person or go in the trash when everything else is still usable.But also not really fair for me to pay nearly full price for a few plastic pieces and paper cards...
