Ok, but not all combinations fit all shoes as far as I can see, but ok I use them in trainers

quite good!I'm not sure if you'd get away with these in shoes - though they work great in boots. Only managed to use 1 of the heel heights as it makes the boots too tight (depending on the boots).

Everything I buy from Amazon has been excellent, but this is terrible. My feet had huge blisters. The insole has small bubbles on them. When you place your foot inside your shoe, it’s rough. I still have pain in my feet from these. I wouldn’t recommend and I need compensation to have my feet checked , re-adjusted and smoothed out. Horrible experience

Fantastic product I use them in my biker boots it's saved me 100s of pounds I was looking at new boots Only down side is there not the most comfy to walk around for long periods but for me there just what I needed

I’m a mens size 9 (UK) and these are way too small, would probably fit no larger than a size 6. They also squeak through the air pocket and feel awkward to walk on, like a constant balancing act. Perhaps due to the small size? Very disappointed
