Seller: the cases i received from amazon feb 3 and feb 13 contained beet root bottles and not tart cherry. when will this be resolved?

GOOD LUCK!!!...my case came with cherry juice however 3 bottles were broken & 2 more were cracked also was supposed to be pint bottles, not half-pints & I have yet to receive any response from seller or Amazon for that matter addressing the issue of bottles or other items ruined in same order due primarily too extremely poor packaging prior to shipping...Oh I did receive an email telling me they received my email & after review, I'd hear from cust. service...it's been well over 2 months ago...
