Decent quality, budget holdall
Bought the 28" size specifically to take on a three week trekking holiday. Large enough for my sleeping bag, self inflating floor mat and the clothes and shoes etc required for the trip. Four flights later and having been shoved on and off a truck every day (sometimes thrown), i'm back home and the bag is still in one piece with no significant damage. Only blemish is a very small hole in one end and that was done when in the care of airport baggage handlers. Easily repaired though and more importantly, the wheel housings and the zips etc are still in very good condition. If i thought i would need a bag this size for trekking holidays for years to come, i would consider investing in something a bit more heavy duty but that would cost £60-£100 upwards. Only niggle is that other than the external side zipped pocket, the inside is just plain. In summary, the bag is is well designed and build quality is good considering the cost. No problem recommending it.UPDATE: Used it again in June 2018 for a four week trekking holiday on a truck in Central Asia. Once again the bag performed well and returned home fully intact. Wheels, zips etc are all still in good condition. This bag is awesome!

Absolute pleasure.
Very good product, exactly as described,Three wheels which is a great idea for stability and ease off movement.I also wish to add the seller's customer service is the best I have ever had to deal with. Immediate response from the seller and a completely instantaneous refund on a item that was ordered incorrectly by myself. It is so satisfying to receive such great customer service, which sorry to say is a rarity these days.I congratulate you and highly recommend your outlet to all.

Avoid completely!
I'm sorry to say I would avoid this product. I went to Amsterdam in February for 4 days, this was the only trip this bag went on. As you can see from the photos it developed a few holes. The only good thing was the handle was a good height. Don't know if it was unbalanced by the bag being like a holdall on wheels or if it just needed 4 wheels, it wobbled from side to side the minute I started using it. I did not drag it at all on the material, I only noticed the holes when I put it on the bed to unpack. I had picked it up a fair bit due to it not travelling on the wheels steadily, which was hard work too as it was heavy and only had two carry straps, these were not long enough to have on shoulder like a shoulder bag nor to put on like a rucksack. Pretty disappointing this was all on the journey there, it was a little heavier on return journey with gifts too. My daughter rested it on top of her trolley bag which worked until we realised the extra weight had bent the wheels on her bag!

Sturdy and Carries Weight
This bag was well reviewed so I took it on a month long overland trip. It was very good - holding a lot of items safely and whilst its not the best for rolling along when full it was good enough. Zips all held up. No rips or tears from the baggage handling or trundling along. My companion was envious as she was lugging two backpacks. I had a 40L on my back and pulled this one along or on occasion rested the 40L on top. Happy with purchases.Tip: I used the individual zipped and compression bags which makes it very easy to locate clothing etc. Otherwise it is a large cavernous space. Also dont put anything precious in the outside pockets as these can be pilfered.

It would be even better with modification.
Really good but: other reviews accurately gave me warning about the 'floor' of the case which was too flexible. It bulged downwards even with little load, so I inserted a section of twin-wall polycarbonate between the base, the handle tubes and the external runners: problem solved and still lightweight. Size was accurate, and was worth the price even if it doesn't last - it took a load of gear for a walking holiday, rolled well over seriously lumpy tarmac, and sponged down nicely ready for the next outing.

Huge!
Bought two of these to take skiing but ended up not using them. They are huge. Bought the 32" bag about 85cm. Definitely don't need this size for holiday - they're about 40 cm high and wide. My son and his girlfriend both got their clothes, including snow boots both their helmets ski clothing etc, in one bag but it was too big and bulky and would have been awkward as we travelled by train. You're not so restricted on the train but it would have been a struggle to fit on luggage racks. Think it would have been overweight at the airport if we'd flown. There are no separate compartments inside so it is just a huge space. Probably ideal used for storage or moving as it holds loads of stuff but I think too big for holiday. But packs down quite flat when not in use.

I did one trip and the bag is already falling apart...
If you need a robust, sturdy bag for traveling I would not recommend this one.At the time of writing this review, I have returned from one trip to America; I have holes near the wheels, the handle broke, and the covering of the handle also has a hole in it.When I traveled I did not overload the bag, I needed this bag for its length, not because I needed to carry lots. It did the job for the one trip, but I don't know how many more trips it will survive. There is also something funny going on with the wheels, the bag kept wanting to roll over as I was walking along.

WORST ever.
Please avoid this item, I purchased for a few days away in Somerset and only used this from the rail station to taxi ranks and the wheel broke, the bag was not even two thirds filled. Disgusting. To be fair to the seller, once I reported this issue they sent a replacement straight away so 50/50 on this now. item was pants but seller was honest and decent.
