Zero Zaps!
I would really like my money back. We purchased 2 of these "bug zappers" because we have an older, renovated home. The charging port is too small and it is a chore just to get the thing charged. Once it is charged, it only lasts for about 30 minutes before you have to plug it in again. Then, and really the worst part is it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not one bug has been caught, flying or crawling. I figured it was too good to be true and it was. I just paid for an exterminator anyway. So, I would say ZERO stars, DO NOT waste your money or time. Buy the sticky baits for $1 and call an expert!!!! Terrible, worthless product.

Not worth the money
Does not work. Had it on for two days and the flies are still here

This zapper does really well killing mosquitos !!!
I'm surprised at the amount of mosquitos in the zapper every morning. I also have a traditional Black Flag zapper and it is usually full of all types of bugs and I'm sure mosquitos are a big part of those bugs but still this zapper is making a big difference on the mosquito population without the fragrance lure.. The downside is it takes 10 hours to charge and then it doesn't stay on all night. I tried a different adapter plug and charge time is now 3 hours.

It simply does not do it's job.
I tried to be beyond fair and give this product 30 days to see how it operates. In me being courteous I'm now stuck with a paperweight because I missed the return window. Since I purchased this it HAS NOT CAUGHT AND ZAPPED A SINGLE FLY. I tried everything. I put in in the bedroom, the bathroom the hallway anyplace I thought the flies would go. Yes the kitchen as well.When I say NOTHING has been zapped, I mean I'm now left with a paperweight I may have to trash

Bad bug zapper
Flies have been swarming on my patio. I thought this would be idea to buy. This thing did not catch not one fly or bugs. I should rate it a 0. Useless trap. I finally gave up and got some fly traps which were much better. It just didn't work.

Cheap made, form and fit needs work.
The charger cord is hard to connect. It does not fit into the receiver slot correctly.Slopy work when manufacturing was done.

Works Well Against Sewer Flies
They completely disappeared after leaving the zapper on continuously in my kitchen. Whenever they reappear after the light has been off for a good while, I just turn the zapper back on again and they are soon gone again. Great profuct.
