After contemplating a Hexckad pan for a while I bit the bullet and decided on this one. Only had it a week whichbis long enough to know its amazing. It's huge so covers all bases in being a frying pan, batch cook pan and deep fryer. Lots of my other pans are going to be retired as this thing performs on so many levels. It is expensive but I can see why, as it truly brilliant and excellent quality. I've put it through it's paces and a worthy investment.

Beautiful pan, really well made - but it should be for the price! A genuine pleasure to cook with, this should last for many years.

Great product, worth the money.

Worst product ever. The pan doesn’t flatten as it says it should at temperature, uneven heat distribution and cooking, so it requires more time to take care and manage cooking. Not worth the hype or money. Regret purchase

OMG! Don’t ever buy another pan again.. this is simply brilliant. Cooks at much lower temperatures and is a pleasure to clean. I seared a huge Cotes-de-beuf the other day and it was as good as any cast iron skillet. Highly recommended

Although an expensive pan the quality and performance is great. Bought three as a gift for my foodie son in law. Well worth the price.
