Q: uh you might want to mention, how long is the rope?

we got one of these winches and it has 25' of rope on it .

Q: Does this package have all the parts to hookup the battery or do you need to purchase additional wires?

There are short wires from control box About 4’ if I remember correctly

Q: How far away is the wireless remote good for?

Our new wireless remotes's transmission range is up to 325ft without obstacles.

Q: Can I buy another control box for stegodon 3000

I'm not sure if you're talking about a replacement of the original equipment or if you want to add an aftermarket control box, but I wouldn't see why not... It's not part of the actual motor of the winch but an accessory to the winch. Hope this helps.
