It's the only thing that helps ensure I drink enough water. I have arthritis in my hands, so I appreciate the slim neck that is easy to grasp and the intelligently placed release button. An external straw is unnecessary because there is a robust drink spout--so you can avoid more wrinkles. It holds a ton of water--more than most people need to drink in one day--so you'll never run out. Of course, because it's not insulated, drinks won't stay cold, but that isn't an issue for me. These are very high quality and absolutely do not leak, even though I've dropped them far more times than I care to admit. They're very durable--I've had some of mine for about 5 years. Plus, when you're not actively drinking, you can lock it to doubly insure no liquid will escape accidentally. Highly recommend. Review: Wide - Well made but wider diameter than expected.
