I bought this on a whim...and a 6 pack. Honestly, I didn't remember ordering it so when it got to my house, I knew it was one of my late Saturday night Amazon "great ideas".I love it! I only buy the thick cut bacon so the times listed on the box were useless but I was really impressed by how small of a footprint the unit has and how incredibly easy to handle/clean. I would tell the manufacturer to add a bit of a pour lip on one side since some of use save the bacon grease for other uses and this doesn't pout out as well as I'd like.My first go was 8 thick cut slices. I did 4 min. as the box stated and realized they were not close to ready. I did 3 subsequent 2 minute runs to hit my preferred texture for bacon - CHEWY. I do NOT like crispy bacon so my review is only for those, like myself, who like bacon thoroughly cooked but with a bit of chew/tear to it.I'll keep playing with it to get my time points for a perfect cook.I've tried a number of microwave bacon cookers and this is by far my favorite.

Such a simple concept and works amazingly well! I will never cook bacon any other way again. Made crispy delicious bacon quickly with little to no zero mess in the microwave. You can fit a whole a pound on it at once but it does take longer to cook. I preferred to cook half a pound at a time for 8 minutes. Easy. Fast. Delicious.No mess. Love this product. BLTs all summer 😋

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This bacon wizard started melting on 8 min. This bacon wasn't done after 4 minutes. Would not buy again . Very unsatisfied .we only cooked 4 pieces of bacon.

Several times the bacon cooked into the plastic arm racks. Either too much bacon on the racks or over cooked in time. Had to throw it away

I purchased this Bacon Wizard and was not completely satisfied. The cooking ability for thick bacon is not good because the spaces are too narrow and the bacon hangs on the bottom of the tray causing you to increase the cooking time way past the recommended time. Ultimately I had to complete the cooking on a plate lined with paper towel. The ease of cleaning is good only if you empty the grease right after cooking before it hardens. I don’t think it’s a good value for your money.

Easy to use bacon cooker. Great tool for the kitchen.
