The tea tastes great, hot or cold. Use the tumbler or insert into a water bottle, works well either way. Gives me a little energy boost while providing a refreshing and lightly sweetened beverage. I was skeptical over the price, but after trying, I feel it is worth the price, will purchase again.

Update:After the first 2 uses no mater how much I screw the lid on, it leaks. I wouldn't waste your money on the tumbler. I now just put my tea in it and steep in and then pour it in to a coffee mug because the screen on the tumbler helps to strain out any loose tea. I do enjoy the taste and drink it in the morning. It give me energy (which is highly needed) and keeps me fuller longer. I also like how the energy it gives me isn't like a caffeine high. I am not bouncing off the walls or shaking like I do with Coffee. I have energy and am able to focus at work I still stand behind my 4 stars.The tea taste pretty good. It taste a little bland but not as bland as a green tea. it seems it does have some other hints of natural flavors to it. The reason for the four stars and not the 5 is because the tumbler does leak unless you screw the lid on very very tightly. I had to get it on so tight I could barely get it off so it leak on me when I drank it. I also am not sure what the strainer in there is for. I am assuming you put the tea bag in, then the strainer on top of that and then the lid? That is how I am doing it. I am assuming the strainer is so you don't get anything that may fall out of the tea bag in your mouth....but then again, you may just want to place the tea bag on top of the strainer. I did notice a bit more energy when I first drank it. I am replacing it instead of my morning ritual Frappuccino to cut out some of those nasty calories and carbs. I think this will be a good substitute. Also if you are using super hot boiling water, I would wait to drink it for it to cool, the tumbler holds the heat very well and it is made out of a plastic not glass. I was also worried about this tea, being a detox, making me have to run to the bathroom every few minutes, so far since I have drank it I have not had to. It has not upset my stomach at all.

The tumbler leaks. There is tea between the plastic. The tea it self is tasty.

You really have to be committed to start , today is my 3rd day and I felt a difference after the 1st day. The shake does not completely satisfy your hunger so I’m going to try it with half of a banana 🍌and some peanut 🥜 butter. It’s very pricey for what you get any meal replacement shake should work if you commit yourself to it.

I love the taste of this tea, and while I haven't noticed any great "slimming" effect, it is a great way to keep up your fluid intake while having a little flavor with it. I think it does help me feel full longer.

I upgraded to the 2 pack of peach tea bit didn't get the strainer cup. Does the cup ship separate? Love,love the peach tea.
