Can you use lighter fluid instead of kerosene?

Lol. Dont use kerosene at all. Standard lighter fluid only.

Is this thing really 9 inches long?

Where can I get more cotton core and rings.

Hi friend, you can find it on Amazon or local store. We also attach a free cotton core and two extra rubber rings in the package. Generally it can use long time.

I can understand shipping regulations for lighter fluid but why not just ship with an empty fluid bottle so that the customer can fill it?

We sorry about the problem. Actually the original bottle was sealed and for one time filled. You have to cut the tip so that squeeze the fluid inside the hole. By the way, do you think customer need a small empty bottle come with the lighter? I mean the fluid bottle are all with a small tip for easy filling, thanks.
