This is the perfect item that suits our needs 👍IT is flexible and easy to use,as the other one which comes without wire will spoil soon compared to this.Good performance compared to the wirelessThis one is flexible item.Quality is also very good.Lastly I would like to say just value for money.

Initially the sound quality was not good, I thought it is an inferior replacement of onboard sound realtek chip. I tried with different headphones with separate 3.5 mm Jacks for headphone and microphone but no improvement. Then while connected to USB port, I removed and reinserted the headphone jacks and all problem solved.Revised the feedback, because it worked only for two and half months and then gone for ever, Poor quality.

Does the job well. Great for the price. Occasionally has low volume. Issue is easily fixed by unplugging the device & plugging it back in.

But I'm Wrong ! 😅 The sound card is so much better performance with My BM800 Mic ! 🔥 Try this when you are not able to buy phontom power ! ✌️ Good output in low budget 🖤 BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, SOME GLITCHY NOICE COMING WHEN U ARE RECORDING ! 🙁😢

Product is faulty and does not work

My new laptop is producing a muffled audio and the dialogs in most videos are not understandable. The music seems to dominate as well in some videos. I tried several fixes and figured I should try a different sound card so I ordered this. This is much better and I can now prove it to the laptop manufacturer that something is wrong with the sound card inside the laptop.
