Blank Track and Field Shoe Spike

These work well for converting track/XC shoes with removable spikes to the spikeless versions of themselves. The blanks screw in easily for the most part, and stay in place. Sometimes I like to take some track shoes onto the streets, because that makes for a really lightweight speed shoe. These make that possible without potentially clogging up the spike holes with rocks, dirt or mud, in case you ever want to take them back on the track or grass.

Blank Track and Field Spikes are an important accessory to your spiked shoe. On many occasions I have had to make last minute conversion to blank spikes when I learn that a run will include asphalt.
