Better than lime juice !
Ibought these for a 'classic' Persian lamb stew - which I haven't eaten yet as it is muturing in the fridge - but tasters tell me that they have flavoured it with a slightly bitter lime flavour which contrasts nicely to the other flavours - you'll just have to work out what stew it is !!!Pleased to say they arrived early.
