I put a pea size drop on my palm, and rubbed it in...it was so nice not to have sweaty hands before even starting my workout.. Onto the workout... let's just say I'm going to be sore for the next few days... it was leg day... for some workout I went from using 65lbs dumbbells to 80lbs.. almost everything I did I was able to add on 10-15 pounds to each hand! My reps also went from 6-8, 9-10 Was such a nice feeling, started to wear off "not fully I just had a tiny bit of sweat after about 1.5hr" Didn't want to apply anymore, as I was almost done anyways... even the drive home not having sweaty hands felt great on the steering wheel and shifter!
