Promise is a sweet character with family baggage who finds herself at a crossroads that entails Nova and his MC. Nova finds himself changing his lifestyle and also protecting his family. There are plenty of great action, romance and sweet family scenes. This story also catches us up on the first two couples and spends time showcasing some new friends and some new MC/family history and drama.A fast read and fun series!

Another keeper for me!!! Cain (Nova) & Promises was just as great as Riggs & Luna's story!!! All the characters were wonderful. The plot of this story had great scenarios! The hot scenes for these two made the pages sizzle. I hope Piper has her story later, can't wait to see who will dare come into The Kings lair to conquer the Kingdom's Princess.

Dynamic duo does it again! These two authors have great storytelling talent together! I'm sure there talented apart, but I just love this series and they're combined efforts😍🏍🏍

So, Nova gets his turn. I was waiting to see how Nova, the ultimate player, finds his perfect woman and he certainly does when he takes Promise home to his bed. His love'em and leave'em philosophy gets turned on its' head when he can't stop thinking about her. He comes on strong like a bulldozer and decides Promise is his going to be his woman and makes it happen, gotta love a hot alpha biker!! There is drama in spades in this story but the best part is the love that develops between these two and the close family dynamics between the brothers in the Kings and their women and family. The bad guys were really bad and were dealt with, biker style. Promise gets the love she's always wanted with Cain and the Kings. She and Cain's daughter, Piper, get along great and really like and respect each other, it was refreshing to read this. There was one confusing thing that I noticed in the story, Piper is supposed to have a boyfriend, Colton, and he is mentioned only once and totally disappears from the story. There was a scene in the story that I found interesting between Kiwi, one of the biker brothers, and Piper, in the kitchen. Will Piper get a story of her own?? This was a good Louisiana Kings story, I'm really enjoying these characters. Now, can we go back to the original Kings chapter and finally give me Nikolai's story, please, I'm asking nicely :)!!

My love for these two ladies knows no bounds. Their Kings of Retribution series is my gold standard for MC books. They are everything I look for in my MC reads: love, loyalty, family, and doing whatever it takes to protect and defend their own. Riggs was and will always be my favorite of the boys but his twin brother Nova shines just as bright. His woman, Promise has had it rough but she knows beauty when she sees it. She hasn't let life's rough times beat her down, she wants to love and be loved in return. When these two find each other, they glow like fireworks on the Fourth of July. I loved and savored each and every word of their journey, content in the knowledge that every bump in the road had led them to each other. I was in tears by the end, the characters so real that I couldn't help but cry in happiness for their beautiful, sweet, fierce love and the future that awaits them. There aren't enough stars for the magic that is Nova and the talent that is Daniels and Alvarez! Thank you ladies for gifting us with your stories, this reader is eternally grateful.

If you like excitement, suspense and a love story, this is the book!!! If you haven’t read book 1 Riggs or book 2 Wick go now!! Some of the back story on Nova is in them. Nova is that bad boy you want to bring to his knees. He is a player, ruff on the outside but has a heart of gold. His love for his daughter and family is incredible!! So far this is my favorite!! I’m in love with Nova ♥️🥵🥵🥵🥵

I am loving all the Louisiana MC books so far. Each one as I read it has become my favorite. I love them all. All the men just sound panty dropping. I cant help feeling jealous of each of the girls. Would definitely recommend the whole series.

All it takes is one look from Promise and Casanova falls head over heels and is all about protecting and claiming his woman.Gripping story from start to finish which keeps you hooked throughout.5 stars.

thoroughly enjoyed this story of Promise and Nova’s meeting and relationship. The action sped along at a brisk clip and didn’t disappoint.Same delicious creole accent giving more authenticity.

Ok so officially Nova is my man but I'll share with Promise seeing as she is so nice. This book has everything I needed from Hot alpha biker to beautiful lawyer, from action and thrills to flaming hot sex scenes. Can't wait for the next in the series

I loved Nova and Promise's story. Nova deserves a great woman and I think his daughter helped raise him to. Promise even more so deserves a great man. Excellent story.
