Unsealed
I recently purchased Cetaphil moisturizer, but upon receiving it, I noticed that the product was unsealed. I am concerned about the product’s safety and hygiene, as skincare items should come properly sealed.

The cap for the container came as broken…contents spilled🙄

Suspicious content
The content of the jar was semi-solid instead of a cream like consistency. It looks like a heavy curd. The content was clumped in the middle of the jar living space between the wall of the jar and the product. I received it a bit warm which is likely due to the weather condition in Dubai during summer. I gave it a few hours to cool down and was hoping the consistency may change but it didn’t. I am a Cetaphil user and to me, this one looks and smells very suspicious. The expiry date details was a removable sticker which I’ve never seen before in any of my purchases of Cetaphil products. I just wish I could attach photos here of what I received. I am not confident with these. I am returning it.

Captain cream bottle preopened
The package came with opened , shrink wrap was till half and the cetaphil seal also broken or previously opened. Not find an option for replacement. Very disappointed.
