Cocogarden® COCOPEAT Block - EXPANDS to 48 KG Coco PEAT Powder

Product says 2 units. At first they just shipped one block. Ordered a replacement and got two blocks of unequal sizes. The thick one is from cocogarden and the thin one has no label on it.

This is one of the best quality coco peat blocks on amazon. With a reddish tinge, the coco block expands to a fine powder without any lumps and fiber. The volume that each block produces is also much more than other coco peat blocks available on amazon. Then why am I giving it a 2 stars?This used to be priced at about 300 Rs when it was being sold by the manufacturer and used to be available in quantities of 1, 2 and 4 blocks. It is now being exclusively sold by CloudTail, an Amazon partner and they have jacked up the price for what appears to be more profits. I really don't care for a next day delivery. It is no longer economical to use this. I am now looking for a cheaper alternative product of similar quality.

Product quality, quantity not as per the product profile page, One of the blocks is damaged and is of inferior quality, the base material used is old and degraded cocopeat, the label and instructions are illegible with smallest fonts possible, you have to read using magnifying lenses to read and understand. The other block is even worse without label or any instructions and half in bulk and less in dimension as compared to the first one, hence resulting in less quantity. Product in no way meets the specifications mentioned in the product profile page.

I have been gardening for 7 years and bought multiple media from many sellers. This seller is the only one that provides good consistent quality. Seems expensive, but you get what you pay for. Expansion post addition of water is very high and better than other brands, no crap in the compressed block, pure cocopeat. Highly recommended.
