Awesome product
I was initially skeptical after seeing negative reviews but still tried it anyway since I could not get any other product locally. The tin came in good condition. There were some dry flakes on top, but that was a minor issue. I applied on a small portion to test before going ahead with the entire room. The process requires some patience. You may need to apply using any cloth and then spread it with a shoe polishing brush (a cheap one would do) and then buff it well with a soft cloth. It works magically. My 40+ year floor is shining almost like a new one. see pic. My 70 sq.ft. room needed less than a quarter tin. I can reuse it many more times. Don’t wipe the floor for a few days; just sweep and leave. Also, there is a strong smell at the time of application, which goes away the next day.

Defective books with missing pages are sold each time.Interested people may order at their own risk.
Bad experience in purchase this time as repeatedly I received defective copies of the book with more than a hundred pages missing in each time.That proves this act was deliberate to cheat the customers Moreover the copies are scanned ones not printed. I purchased the item twice with same result.The seller needs to be blacklistedOthers beware of this scam.

Looks more like shoe polish. Hard and very difficult to apply evenly on surfaces.
