My dog's favourite ball
My dog loves to chomp down on the ball and crackle the plastic inner however once this is compressed, you no longer get the crackling sound. She still loves the ball though. And it fits a standard (tennis ball size) ball thrower. It is a favourite with all the dogs at the dog park, they all want it. It is perfectly sturdy for a small dog however for a larger dog with bigger teeth eg labradoodle size, if it gets hold of the ball, it can quickly bite through the outer sections of the ball so we have had to replace ours a few times due to other dogs grabbing the ball.

Longevity
The dog loved the crackle and chew for one day, then it was abandoned. Unusual reaction from this canine to a new toy.

SuperChew
So pupper is a super chewers, it took her all of maybe 10 minutes to turn the middle crinkle ball into a much smaller not ball. But it still works and crinkled and she loves it.

Well, my dog is obsessed
I knew my dog liked squeaky toys but a toy that continually crackles when he bites down on it? HE IS OBSESSED. This fetch loving dog usually shares his toys hoping I’ll play with him… but this toy? — He only makes it like half way to me (when I ask him to share lol!) before plopping himself down again to squeeze it more. Can’t say I’m complaining! 🤣👉 The only thing are the colors! Thankfully my dog got a blue color ball but a purple insert???…. Please let us choose our colors! I’m sure they’d get more orders if they did. I’ve kinda decided my dogs colors are blue, orange, green… anyone else relate? 🤣🙋♀️🚨UPDATE- The inside part that crackles does get squished down. It still crackles though maybe just not as “dramatic” sounding as before (hence 1 star off). Still worth it! The outside part is very durable!

Her favorite toy
Even though my dog only weighs 11 pounds, I got the large one because I knew she’d be rough on it. She’s had it for more than a month now and really loves it. She hasn’t done any damage to it and I’m very happy to have it. If she ever does manage to damage it, she’s getting another one. A must have for active dogs.

Cattle dog loves her new toy
My dog has been playing with this toy for a few weeks. She loves the crackling noises and is able to munch on the toy without it breaking. The toy has a good bounce. Since the outside is rubbery, the toy can become a little slimy after a long play but due to the holes, it can still be easily grabbed and thrown.

My dog loves it
This toy is great! My dog loves it so much! She is a Rottweiler and it has definitely held up to her chewing! Good size and easy for her to carry it around and play. The only thing negative I have to say is that the plastic crinkles fast and once it is in a mushed ball inside the ball, it doesn't have the same effect as it did when you first got it. Would definitely purchase again

Greyhound approved!
Our greyhound is very hard on toys. The toughest toys usually don't last more than a day ( even the firehouse toys). This toy is one of the very few that has lasted and remains a favorite. Our guy loves the crunchy/plastic middle and it remains very safe!

My Bouvier des Flandres loves these balls.
This ball style has been my Bouv's favorite. I purchase the large one because I don't want any choking hazards. It doesn't take him long to destroy the plastic ball inside the ball. Then the ball becomes a great tossing ball. Gentle on my dogs mouth, they have lasted longer than most balls we've tried. He will amuse himself with the ball and goes to get them to play. He knows he has to bring his toys inside when done playing and they are easy for him to find. He can easily destroy the ball within minutes so if you have a destructive dog this might not be the ball for your dog. However, saying that, if you spend the time to train your dog not to destroy the ball it will last years. How we trained him after he destroyed the first two balls was when we were done playing ball with him, the balls were taken from him and stored out of reach. If while playing ball he started to chew instead of retrieving he was told 'no' and the ball removed before being destroyed. If he continued to play catch without reverting to chewing we kept playing. If he laid down to chew again, we took the ball away until the next game of catch. It didn't take him long to figure out we didn't want him destroying the balls. They are now left in his toy box and he goes and gets them when he wants us to play with him. We've had several through his life,..and I'm ordering more to make sure I have them throughout his life. He isn't perfect he will still chew through one at least once a year or so. We still feel he deserves them and feel we are getting lots of bang for our buck.

Disappointed Hazard
Was really hoping this would be a Christmas present hit for my fur-baby. Instead it was a huge disappointment, thankfully I had plenty of other gifts to make up for this terrible purchase.I purchased this because A) my dog loves balls and B) loves the plastic bottle crinkle noise. This ball is way too hard to throw, will go through your wall or hurt your dog's teeth very easily. I purchased the large size for my 75 pound fur-baby and it's too big. She couldn't close her mouth properly/was uncomfortable and showed interest in it for maybe a day. The plastic bottle on the inside popped within hour's and could be a choking hazard. This ball would be better if it was made out of rubber and not a hard plastic. It's way too expensive for what you get honestly. If you decide to purchase then I suggest going down a size for safety concerns. Also putting it up after playtime because the plastic bottle insert is a choking hazard waiting to happen. This toy should be $8 max, it's overpriced garbage in my personal opinion. Spend your money elsewhere on a ball for your beloved fur-baby.
