I like them and they do the job, but they need better instructions on how to hang them. It’s very confusing . They look nice once you can figure out how to put them up .

This is a quality company! You don't find companies like this often, from customer service to the final product.I had some issues with the placement of the track. Customer service was amazing! Correspondence emails were prompt and my issues were taken care of quickly. I had an issue with the replacement panels, and they were quick to respond and resend an oversight of a missing panel.Everything from the delivered boxes the tracks and panels came in, the track to the panels themselves are sturdy. The panels are truly blackout (my house is much cooler thanks to the thickness of the panels). 10 out of 10 recommend and I would most definitely order from this company again if needed.

I have two comments.1) I think the valence sticks out too far and wish it was adjustable.2) I ordered dark grey blinds and the stick to open and close is super bright white which really stands out.How about a dark stick to go with them?Otherwise they are exactly as ordered and happy.

Was pleasantly surprised that quality was better than expected. Only negative is the instructions are a little cryptic. Would have welcomed better written directions.

Our home office has an east facing sliding glass door. In the mornings, sun glare made the room unbearably hot. I wanted a simple, elegant window covering but heavy curtains are not a favorite for me. I purchased the Manual Sliding Panel unit and it not only looks terrific, it’s really kept the temperature down in the office. I’m soooo happy with this solution. BTW….this is the second product I’ve purchased from Graywind. Excellent company to do business with….can’t recommend them highly enough.

Couldn't be happier with this. Only downfall the instructions are little confusing. But once they are installed they worked great with blocking light. Good purchase. Make sure you get the valance it makes it look great.

I bought this a year ago and loved the look, but what made me review it is that when my one year old toddler broke a small piece of it, they were able to help me out with a replacement. Now that's 5 stars!
