Does this shower head swivel?

What is the size of pipe it will attach to? I know I'm not saying this correctly but the last showerhead replacement I got wouldn't attach because the shower head screw on part was too big for the water part pipe.

Is this an open box item from Amazon? I bought this from a third party here and it came without any packaging or instructions and it was defective.

Is the shower pressure lower on this compared to the higher gpm shower heads?

This is a 1.5 gallon per minute head, about 1/2 to 2/3 the flow of the head replaced. Valve on back of head reduces flow to a trickle about .5 gal per minute. It does conserve water and is a well made product. Also has a spray control, but I leave it to my preference and haven't adjusted it further. You should be happy with this product.

Is there a significant reduction in shower pressure as you go down from 2 to 1.25 GPM?

The pressure seems fine with the 1.25 gpm head that I purchased. I have not used the 2 gpm head to compare. I expect that the design of the two units (plus the in-between ones) is such that you get the same water jet speed, just more water for the bigger head. That is, the perceived pressure would be the same, just more or less volume of water.
