This storage clipboard fit my needs perfectly. It has a very slim and elegant design. It's perfect for pens and paper, a flat calculator, and a phone could also fit in this case.Some people complained about the latch not being durable enough, or had reservations. The latch is fine if you're closing with care and you're not slamming the lid close carelessly.

I had a similar clip board from the same company which opened from the bottom. From everything I could find in the listing it looked the same, except for opening from the side. It isn't, it's thinner and doesn't fit the contents of the clip board it was to replace. Why not just list the depth for these so we know what we're buying?
