They do the job. The rollers do hold a lot of paint so, if you want to reuse them expect to wash them for long period of time.

Solvent in penetrating epoxy eventually releases glue that holds foam to roller and ultimately deforms the foam causing it to fall off roller and be useless. Plan for changing them out every 20-30 minutes of rolling and they work well but you will go through them frequently on a large project. I saw no warning about using these with a penetrating epoxy.

I use these roller covers frequently for water based polyurethane and latex paint. They leave a fine finish with polyurethane. The small diameter also makes these rollers perfect for tight spots like behind toilets. Rinse clean easily and reusable. Inexpensive as well.

I don't like this foam roller cover at all. I bought this to pain the table top to get the smooth finish. But what I got was roller marks everywhere. This is my first time using foam roller cover based on the review. Never again. I will stick with lint free woven roller covers. Waste of money.

Just what I expected ajnd they work reallly well. We have been able to use these several times with water based paints. Oilbase paints we just throw away so do not know how this would hold up cleaning with acetone or lacquer thinner.
