Q: Do this out fit run small my grandchild will be turning ome on 2/20/18 and one turnimg 3 years old.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY THIS IS A WELL MADE AND BEAUTIFUL OUT FIT. IT RUNS A LITTLE BIT BIGGER IN SIZE BUT NOT ENOUGH TO GO A SIZE BIGGER. MY GRANDDAUGHTER IS 2YRS AND I GOT HER THE 2-3 SIZE AND SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WEAR IT UNTIL SPRING WHEN SHE WILL BE 29 MONTHS OLD. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER IN IT.

Q: Are the prime items and prime wardrobe different do you have to pay for the prime items first?

For prime items you pay for it and then you get the item, in the other hand for prime wardrobe you order and receive the items(without paying), Amazon gives you a couple of days to try the clothes and what you keep it what you pay for, and obviously you have to return the items you don't want to keep

Q: What is the best size for a 12 month old?

I would say order 6-12month although it could be still a little big depending on size of the child..my baby 9 months(a little shrimp LoL) I ordered 12 month so there’s plenty of time/room to wear in near future.
