SiriusXM Universal Remote Control v2.0

recently purchased  SiriusXM Commander Touch Full-Color, Touchscreen Dash-Mounted Radio . for some reason, sirusxm decided not to include this with the radio.this thing is a lifesaver. has lots of buttons but you only use a few of them. word of warning, this WILL NOT WORK with the sirius commander touch UNLESS you do the software update.when you go to "about" in the commander touch menu, you will see display controller, Tuner micro, Tuner Baseband and NAND image. the display controller software will end with .26. the current software (released in december 2016) ends in .36you need this update, or the remote will not work. you need to load it on a usb thumb drive and update the software. the instructions can be found online in the user manual. you will need this adapter.  Insignia .06m On the Go Micro USB Adapter Cable (NS-MOTGD-C) -Black  simply download the update, extract the files and place on usb thumb drive, and insert usb drive into the adapter. power must be on through the update. takes about 25 minutes.this remote makes life so much easier! I was hesitant at first to order, but found that the majority of complaints on here were because other customers didn't realize that you must update the software on the commander touch in order for it to work.

My remote died after an accidental beverage spill in my car, so I needed a new one. This new remote works perfectly. I am happy with this purchase.

Remote came with dead battery, once I purchased new batteries it works fine, the volume control is useless

This remote works very well with my Onyx plus. Changing stations is a breeze.

It works, and I am super happy to have this remote. No more having to get out of my sleeping bag on a cold night in my camper van to turn off the radio late at night. I am giving it only 1 star just because it does not come with a user manual. I went to the SiriusXM website and tried to use the chat there, but the person I was chatting with could not help me and directed me to call their advanced technical support 866 number. The technical representative there also could not help me. Before this, I searched extensively online and could not find a user manual for this remote.

It works. It's nice.

It's a great remote and enables us to change channels much faster. The only downside is that it does not possess volume control, first remote of its kind I'd say. I would recommend it, knowing that one can't control the volume.

The remote is to small and the writing for the buttons I can't even read

It's for my XM satellite radio.Fair pricing and the one day.Got my product in one day, I ordered my remote 8pm the night before and got the remote next day amazing.

Works on my Xpress EZ. I can't use my triple A rechargeable cause it takes same battery as a computer motherboard. The buttons feel like a Nintendo controller. I'm planning on getting a silicone lanyard for it, it's a great remote next to my Roku.
