Bracket has come undone and its unusable
I bought this 4 months ago and it’s only been occasionally used, a handful of times. The bracket that guides the steps and holds them in place has come off. The steps now loose, which makes it unsafe and unusable! Don’t bother with this

These step ladders have nice wide steps and are really sturdy.They are ideal for someone like me who is getting on a bit.

Misleading. No catch as illustrated in pictures
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this as needed a ladder urgently and was impressed with the ' SAFETY CATCH' There isn't one. Its just the flimsy side latch system. As I was only going up as far as the second step and was in a hurry I decided to keep it. Be careful. I wish I had bought a proper safety ladder but uou get what you pay for and of course its mine in Chxxa.
