Now that it's dark in the evening for cooking dinner, I have had more use of the light. It works perfectly. There is a lot of light on the cooking surface. However, it took a few tries to remember to turn the light on (and off) before (after) putting over the fire; it can be very hot to hold the button for the few seconds required to turn on the light.

Bright light. Would love to use them but the batteries and their leads corroded making them useless. The leads need to be higher quality and the battery compartment better seated.

The product is seemingly nice quality and the light is bright, but I can only give this an "okay" because the brand new batteries only lasted for 3 uses!? We used this grilling 3 times. We did not keep the light on except for the times we were checking the food. So, it wasn't on long at all! Again, it wasn't on the whole time we cooked, only occasionally to check burgers and veggies. It's bright, but needing new batteries every 4th time you grill gets old, not to mention expensive and environmentally irresponsible. In addition, if batteries need to be replaced that often, maybe make them easier to access, instead of requiring a screwdriver!

I bought this for my husband so he can grill food when it gets dark outside. He loves it. It lights up good enough to see your food and it can take the heat. I would order it again.

I was very excited to get this product and had high expectations. After four months I have been through 3 sets of batteries (using Energizers and they simply don't last) and the screw that clamps the light to the grill is totally rusted (even though the grill and light are covered).

For this a couple days before Hurricane Irma hit Florida, needless to say this light became my main source of light for 4 nights. It is awesome, you can adjust brightness by touch and it illuminates an entire room with ease. I'm ordering another after this review is submitted.

The light is ok. It is too easy to accidentally turn on the light and heat from the grill melted and disfigured the the casing.

Received our light yesterday and put it straight to work. It worked like a charm during these dark winter nights! So much so, we used it again tonight! It was easy to put the batteries in, and attached it to the grill handle with ease.
