I have a similar pillow that I liked, but it wasn't quite as high or firm as I needed. I decided to try a different style “cube” pillow recently and that was a huge fail. It was way too soft and not supportive. After some searching, I came across this one. I like the fact that it is firm and high, and it has supportive foam rods. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s every bit as great as I hoped it would be. It’s definitely firm and more dense than my other memory foam pillows. I like sleeping on the high side and feel it’s just right for neck support (I am mostly a side sleeper). Time will tell if it holds up, but so far I am super happy with this pillow, especially for the price.

I thought this would help my snoring. After two shoulders, a knee and three fingers hanging had replacement joints I am no longer allowed to sleep on my side or the shoulder joints will risk dislocating. Hence, I snore and had neck issues. This luxe pillow has taken care of my neck pains 100%. Impressive to say the least. Now if you could help my snoring, and I have this pain in my hip…..Buy the pillow. Follow the instructions because you will, underscore “will”, née to make adjustments. There are two protective cases on it, the outermost is attractive and elegant, the innermost is not. We’ll designed but cheaply executed. The two zippers catch and snag easily, it’s quite difficult to remove the pillow from within the innermost case. Wouldn’t loop/pile (Velcro) have been so much easier for the customer? It’s my only complaint however. Try it for gosh sakes, returns were allowed yet when I bought mine. Give it a try at least, you might just be surprised.

I got two pillows from Setore store. First pillow I tried was this one. It is was soft and was not hard, just normal. What was unique for this pillow, - a design - you can customize it. The pillow has two rodes inside; you can take it out to make pillow softer or can use something else instead of this rodes, for example metal or wood to make it more firm. If you do not want to do customization yourself, you can just buy a harder pillow from the same store ASIN B09W2Q6VWN. I did not know how to customize this pillow, so I was in contact with customer support, and if I could give more than five star, I wood. They answered all my questions and concerns. The height is nice the smell very nice. I slept just ok the thickness is great like others and the support is just ok the problem is that the quality of the foam is very poor. I bought this one to live on my sons house when I go visit because at home I have the same kind of pillow but mine at home is a very or I can say an excellent one. This one is very light and the memory foam is very poor quality. And one part of the pillow is cut making the pillow not so sturdy and a little uncomfortable. Mine at home is a whole memory foam it’s a little heavy that means it’s a real memory foam but this one it’s almost like an imitation of memory foam. Not worth the money I don’t recommend and I won’t buy again.

Advertised as very firm. However, the memory foam acts the same way any memory foam does - firm when cold, soft and saggy as your body warms it up when you lay on it for a few minutes.Those support bars are also made of memory foam. So they too soften.Nevertheless, the pillow is relatively good to sleep on, offers some comfort to the neck.I wish it retained its firmness better as it got warmer.

I could not believe the support I got with this pillow! Yes it is firm but I sleep all night long every night, I'm a side sleeper and this pillow is perfect. It is pretty firm and I tried taking the cylinder out but that made it too soft. So I actually sleep on the smaller side and it's perfect. I'm ordering a second one right now because I don't want to ever be without it. The price is perfect, I've spent way more money than this and I've never gotten such a great pillow! As God as my witness I have about 10 pillows all over because I can never find the right one. And I've actually given about 10 pillows away!

I got this pillow because the price was reasonable, the foam density was adjustable & last but not least, it was Certipur & Oeko-Tex certified. I tested it out, as is, with the rods in place. I found this made the pillow too hard & firm for me. But once I removed the foam rod, I found it more to my liking. Without the rod, I was able to get some sleep w/o waking up with headaches. So the design is definitely a plus because I would have returned it if it didn't have that option. It's flexibility allows for more users.

This was a shock to me. My husband ordered this pillow about two weeks ago, and I quickly saw how much better it was than my existing one - really firm and higher. My neck has been bothering me of late. So I ordered what should have been the identical product. But when it arrived, I was puzzled by its softness..... and then did a direct comparison with my husband's pillow - good grief! It looks the same, but it is much, much softer. I'm returning it. I guess they decided to save money or something?? I've ordered a different pillow, and I'll review that one too.
