I got 2 of these for my husband for Christmas. He is on the road a lot and this was a great for keeping his coffee hot and its spill proof. The size and look and feel is perfect for him on the road. The Value for the price you pay is exactly what you would expect. Its durable so if you drop it it won't dent or break and he has done that a few times. Cleaning is easy!

Loved the size and color, and the insert keeps the hot liquid from spilling over when you take a drink. Fits in my car's cup holder, and it keeps the beverages hot for hours! I have smaller hands, and the lack of handle is not a problem. My go to travel cup.

I have tried many similar items but none are nearly as good. First, i wont buy metal-lined coffee containers any more bc they impart a metallic taste. None of that with this ceramic lined Carter. Second, others claim to keep coffee hot all day but they dont. The Carter thermal container really keeps hot beverages steaming hot all day. Third its durable. Once u try this you wont ever want to use another brand. I wont and i never heard of this company before taking a chance on this.

I have purchased 6 of these in various sizes.Two of the 16 oz for cold beverages (more room for ice).Two of the 12 oz for hot beverages (all the beverages here are coffee or tea).Two more 16 oz as gifts.Easy to dismantle and clean.Easy to fill.Keeps thing remarkably hot or cold.The drinking lip feels perfect to sip from.The splash guard... Amazing. I thought it was stupid at first. Then when I was drinking someone bumped me trying to get my attention. No spill. Splash guard for the win. Splash guard forever. All hail splash guard.The lid seals tight. I put in my coffee, either dry or liquid creamer. Lid on. Shake it. No leaks. I put these in with my bag full of electronics, I have no worry about anything happening to my ipad/earbuds/Nintendo switch etc.10/10 would buy again for myself if I have to replace one.I'm planning on buying more to give to coworkers for Xmas.I realize now this probably sounds like a sponsored review. It's not. I wish I was getting paid for how much I talk about these fellow cups. I'm sure some people around me are probably tired of how much I gush about these cups. That's why I made this review. So I could talk about how awesome these are and the people around me won't get mad at me.

Simple, effective, feels good in your hand, and looks very good. Coffee stays hot for a long time even with top lid off. The splash guard is truly a bit of genius. Only possible flaw is that it barely fits in my Ford’s cup holder (too wide). If it was just a smidge thinner it would work better for me, but honestly it’s the best travel mug I’ve ever had despite.

Keeps things warm/cold, seals well, keeps ice in with the guard, but it's annoying to clean due to the smaller opening. Wish it were machine washable.

What can I say about this mug. I love it! so much that I purchased a few more after my initial purchase.The issue I have had with other travel mugs is that the taste of the beverage seems to be secondary to the experience. Have you ever noticed the plastic taste, or the metallic "flavor" of other travel mugs? if that bothers you like it bothers me, then this is for you.The 16 oz size is perfect for me, the beverage stays piping hot and when you insert the slash guard its easy to sip without fear of sloshing while in motion. The ceramic lining is key to tasting the beverage as if you were drinking it from your favorite mug. the 360 degree drinking makes it easy as well as there is no "font"So far no issues on cleaning (I uses a "bottle" brush to get it into the mouth of the mug) would easily buy again and again if needed, but so far these have knocked it out of the park!

The description of this product says "Dishwasher Safe". The first thing I saw when I got it was the tag with a circle slash though a dishwasher icon. This thing is not dishwasher safe. Reading the care instructions, they do not recommend even top shelf in a dishwasher. The amazon listing needs to be corrected. I also was under the impression that it is intended to drink from, but it is a very unpleasant experience. The lip of it is stainless steel and very thin. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had drinking coffee ever. On top of that the bottom of it is rounded at the edges, so when you set it down it tends to wobble and threaten to tip over. I'm quite disappointed as I've found other Fellow products to be well designed. The is not one of them. I give it two stars instead of one because it seems to at least somewhat keep coffee warm. You could use it as a thermos, but I don't like coffee that has been sitting for long at all. For me this product is a complete dud.
