Cotton Candy Skies and French Fries

My daughter and I really enjoyed "Cotton Candy Skies and French Fries". This book made us relate to her feelings about the beach. All the details and personification are very accurate. Also, the illustrations are beautiful. It helps the reader understand and envision how she is so relaxed and soothed at the beach with the sunset in the background. I definitely recommend this book to everyone. I got another copy as a gift to my friend's daughter.

My sons both really loved the book (ages 4 & 7), especially since we just went to the shore, so they could relate. It's very cute and the illustrations are so beautiful! Look forward to reading more of Theresa's books to my kids!

What a wonderful read, my 5 year old absolutely loved it! Especially since we had just gotten back from her first trip to the Jersey Shore. She was engaged in the story asking questions and even learned the meanings to a few new words for her. I am looking forward to buying more books from this author!

My daughter and I LOVE reading this book every night. The author did such a great job captivating all the senses of sitting at the beach on a warm summer day!! This was such a great book to teach personification to my 7 year old!!We can't wait for the summer and more books from this author!!

My 6 year old daughter enjoyed how descriptive this book was about the ocean. A child who also loves boardwalk french fries and cotton candy. Very creative book indeed.
