Great Fit - Works Very Well
I have a very large calf and was hesitant to order these "one size" compression sleeves, but to my chubby girl's delight, they fit!! They did a great job at holding my shin pain at bay during my latest workout.

Good compression qualities
A few weeks ago I sprained a calf muscle really bad, and have been recovering from that using the standard ice and muscle rub. I had been thinking about getting compressions socks or something to help with the discomfort. When I saw this, and that it was infused with capsaicin throughout the sleeve, I thought I'd give it a try. I've been wearing it most of the day for a few days now, and it seems to be helping curb some of the discomfort. Incidentally, I tweaked the calf muscle again today a little, and immediately put the sleeve on my leg. It helped almost immediately.Pros: Good compression qualities; comfortable; can still do everything I would normally do without wearing it.Cons: I can't quite pick up on the "warming" capsaicin qualities, but that may just be me; It's marketed as "One Size Fits All" but I'd recommend that be changed to One Size Fits Most. I'm plus size, and my calf measures 14", so it's a little on the snug side (not uncomfortably so), but probably more than intended.

It is a sleeve that seems to help but not perfect.
Hmm. I have bad leg cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night. I was hoping this would relieve my pain. It did not. However, I did not have leg cramps last night so maybe there is enough relief to help with that.Don't get me wrong. I knew it was probably too good to be true that a leg sleeve was going to really stop the pain but, man, I was hoping. It warns not to put this over a heat patch but I may need to. I have an issue with the heat patches falling off in the night so I think this would hold them well.

Most definitely helps.
I was having so much pain in my right calf and it was extremely uncomfortable and would flare up at nights, in the morning when I awake or after a long day of standing on my feet. It turned out to be a cyst but at that time I was unaware and so I got this Nufabrx calf compression bandage and it was such a big help. I wore it to bed, and to work, comfortably hidden and it was such a relief. It was just the right amount of compression. Just the right amount of pressure to alleviate the pain from the inflammation. Give it a try if you need it. I recommend that you do. Also, it came packaged in a pack that said not to use if it wasn't sealed. That gave me confidence in the cleanliness and the carefulness of the makers of the product.

Works as it should, no need for taking pills orally.
Ordered this for my wife and I to use as for we play quite an amount of tennis and pickleball. Works as expected, and the medication is soothing to the pain. We both have different size legs mine I would consider thin as for my wife is considered medium and it works equally well. Remember this sleeve is created with Capsaicin which is derived from peppers, but leaves your arm soothing. Feels like "Bengay" built in basically, and no need to take pills orally.

Seems to help !
My son plays lacrosse and has a huge bruise and lump on his shin. This seemed to really help with his pain at night.
