"Old" Arbat
I really like the style and fashion on this doll. If her face was done a little differently I think she'd have the perfect look. She is my 2nd of 2 J-dolls that I purchased around the same time and one with an older body type. I was a little more impressed by the newer doll than this one.She comes packaged with her shoes on instead of off, and one of her heels got bent inward. Her shoes do not stay on well either. Her clothes are nicely done, but one of the studs from her jacket came off as I was putting it on her.She has the older body type with hinged hands and a head that turns side to side but doesn't tilt up and down. She also twists at the waist. This older body is supposedly more fragile. Her face is okay but not as impressive as it could be. Her lips are very red and undetailed compared to other j-dolls, and her eyebrows seem strangely blonde. I think the combination of her lesser head movement and her face paint make her look more lifeless than newer j-dolls, but she is still cute in her own way. These dolls are much more affordable than they used to be, making her more worth the price. Overall I'm satisfied with Old Arbat, even though she lacks a few of the perks that the newer dolls have.

This J-Doll has a delicate classic look, and soft smooth hair. When you open up the box for the doll you must have Extreme caution, if you're not careful this doll may crack, or break. If the wrists crack and peel like mine did, simply put a thin layer of tape around the wrist to avoid loosing hands. This doll can move at the Hip, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists, head, and torso. Other doll clothes like Barbie™ will not fit her. However you can tailor the clothes to fit her or start from scratch, I use both of these techniques. Thank you for Reading this💗

damaged on arrival
I was very much looking forward to this cute little doll, but when she arrived and I unpacked her from the undamaged shipping box I noticed that her box was very damaged and one of her hands was snapped clean off at the wrist above the joint and floating around loose in the box. I was quite saddened by this revolation. I hope that when I order the new one it is in displayable condition. As she seemed very nice indeed. I am also disappointed that I need to wait to get her.

Beautiful doll
She's beautiful and very detailed. She is definitely a doll for an adult collector as her plastic is a bit brittle which makes her fragile. Her clothing is wonderful quality and beautifully made although her shoes are a little to large for her and seem cheap. The only reason I don't give her 5 stars is that her head only rotates back and forth and does not tilt up and down, which limits her expressiveness considerably. Other J-dolls in my collection are more flexible at the neck joint.

Beautiful But Fragile
[written by my daughter...who better to review it, right?]This doll is very beautiful but has a “type 3” body which means she is fragile. Her hand and arm came off during normal kid use, but her clothes are very detailed and are like business clothes. She has fine long hair that is shiny and black. This is a very beautiful doll. I would give this to anyone that likes to play very light or display gorgeous things.

Arrived promptly, very pretty, only a few minor hiccups
This doll arrived well within schedule and when I took her out of the box (which was a task and a half, she was rather too well fastened in), I was immediately struck by how pretty she was. Photos do not do her justice at all.She has the #3 Pullip body, which is extremely well articulated but is already showing hairline cracks at the wrists. This is a known problem and probably one reason why they stopped using that body. Her hair is soft and tangle-free, but a little flyaway and inclined to static. I had to braid it back so that it doesn't get into everything. Her clothes are just lovely. The jacket and waistcoat are fully lined, the bag opens and can hold things and everything is beautifully made. One of her shoes had a bent heel, but it was easily fixed with hot water. On the whole I'm very happy with this doll.
