I got this little hummingbird for my sister this Christmas as we lost our mom 11 months ago, and for us she is symbolized by a hummingbird. This fit the bill nicely. It is not ceramic, and therefore not breakable. Seems to be made of a more flexible material, but I don't mind that at all because it looks ceramic. Stands up easily on its own. It is tiny - perhaps life size? Very cute. Would buy again. Lisa

Bought this to put in a planted for Christmas. Wish it was a little bigger but definitely cute and looks as it should.
