These work very well, I'm disabled and and I'm prone to getting pressure sores. I've never had a full-blown pressure sore but sometimes my skin gets red and irritated where I'm concerned it could turn into a pressure sore. One area this happens a lot is the side of my right rib cage as I usually sleep on my right side. When this occurs, I use one of these pads to protect the area from further irritation. They're great because they stay on very well, much better than other bandages I've used.The backing material is very thin and much less likely to peel away from my skin as I move around in bed. Highly recommended!

I hate being stuck out of the water because of some stupid cancer surgery. I have tried these on multiple gashes. They work great if you want to take a shower. If you want to go surfing or do something active in the water, they will not hold up. If they are going to work at all, your skin needs to be clean and hair free. If your cut/lesion is on an uneven part of your body (basically your whole body), they will not work well. If your cut/lesion is on or near a joint (basically your whole body), they will not work well. These have their place in your first aid kit. They will get you safely in the shower. They will not get you safely in the line up at Pipe or Trestles.

Alway a great product to have around so I can go out and do all the stupid things I want to do, knowing I can put myself back together. I like the bigger size for the all important bicycle road rash crash. Everyone have a great and wonderful season of play.

This is the only place I can find Nexcare bandages. They carry few to none in the drug stores and I as an RN will recommend highly these clear bandages. For one thing, they stay on even under water, they seal in ointment or cream whatever you put on the wound and without peeling off. Now true they are not easy to come off, because they really stick on, but the way to remove this bandage is to use a lot of water and soak it off. I know I said it stays when you wash your hands or if you get it wet, but it will come off with a lot of water.

These work very well and as they state,waterproof.I just had surgery and when it came time to remove the dressing these work great.A+++ I will order these again as well as larger ones,just to have.I know I said they worked very well but I wanted to say that they stick very well also hence waterproof.I would like to add that when I first used this product I had use of one arm only and I was amazed at how easily the bandage can be applied.Definitely a keeper.

Being a dialysis patient it is quite painful 3 times a week to have needles inserted into the same area of your arm and I found that using Lidocaine/Prilocaine right after arising and putting one of these waterproof patches over the area prior to taking my shower gives me great relief for the procedure. It takes at least 1 hour for the salve to take full affect. I just wish that they would sell quanities in greater amounts; like a box with 25 patches.

We ordered these to wear over top of pain patches. They are large enough to cover three of the patches together (25 mg each) and the pad helps to make the label on the patch less obvious. My wife writes I <3 U on the label too which she likes. They seal out water in the shower, but are not too good in the pool (maybe on account of the chlorine).

I used these on a sailing vacation over a skin graft I had on my lower leg for a melanoma. I had just been cleared for swimming but wanted to cover it anyway for both fresh and salt water swimming. They are almost identical to a dressing my doctor hadme use earlier on. They worked beautifully, stayed on while in water, and easy to take off, did not stick to wound.

My wife had had an op on her forehead and this very large plaster was a good replacement for the original fitted at the hospital.

Always re-purchase after surgeries as it covers and stays on.

these were bought after having surgery on my wrist and I wanted something waterproof to protect my scar when I had a shower, these stayed on and sealed for several days

I found this to be an excellent product. It easy to attach and it stays on provided the area of skin is clean and dry before attaching it. It kept to wound completely dry after showering and lasted until the clips came out (7 days).

used these waterproof dressings for my holiday after having a large stomach wound I had to line 2 up long ways together as id bought the shorter ones by accident but just what I needed
