These suction cups were a bit larger than I expected but that wasn't a big deal. I wasn't going for asthetics when I bought them. They are, however, extremely heavy duty. I have used these to hang towels, privacy curtains, and most recently to hold the ends of the dogs leads up on the side of our camper so that they weren't laying on the ground. They worked great for this and the suction cup survived a nearly 800 mile trip on the outside of the camper at 70 Mph without budging. I highly recommend these of you need a heavy duty suction cup!

I had to update my review because these still did not stick well. I think if the edges are rippled, it hinders the ability to create a seal. I will be returning.The Trick To Getting These To Stick...I read the negative reviews and I was cautious about buying these. At first glance, some of these had dark marks and scuffs and I almost wondered if these were used. Then out of 12, I had to go through 5 before I found 2 that stuck. I almost gave up thinking these were duds. :(BEFORE YOU RETURN THEM, TRY THIS: To create a tight seal and enough suction, make sure the hook is all the way up then, pull the hook down. If you do it halfway, there will not be enough suction for it to stick. To test this theory, I tried one that did not work before and voila! SUCTION!!! It's still holding my items an hour later after installing. Good Luck.

I have really large windows, with pretty much no way to hang curtains properly in my apartment without damaging the wall. Purchased these to hold up curtain rods and have been incredible. They've held up black out curtains for about 3 weeks now. Very satisfied! Would recommend if you're looking for a similar use!

Did not expect them to be quite this awesome. Really glad that I searched around and read tons of reviews on many different suction hooks before settling on these. They are currently holding up my Umbra shower basket system because I wasn't thinking about the proximity of the shower handle to the shower head (thus, my basket system couldn't hang from my shower head as planned). They seem very stable--even before you lock them, you can feel the strong suction! Will absolutely order more if needed in the future.

These suctions work really great. A couple had messed up plastic backs and they didn't work... but the company gave me a small credit for compensation that was nice. But the suction is amazing. They actually hold up a bunch of bananas in our Small RV Van. I have use them to hold up little containers. Clothes, towels. Even a Towel over a window to keep the sun out. They will not stick to vinyl though.

I love the idea of these hooks but they are unreliable. I wanted multiple hooks to hold lingerie. It took me multiple go-rounds trying to get them to stick on the back of a door, then on the wall and then on wood. Of the 6 I originally put on a plaster wall 3 have fallen off and will not stick again after multiple attempts. I really like the hooks but am rapidly getting to the point of discarding the ones that will not stick. I am tired of working with them.

I’m disappointed with the lack of suction. Was not able to use on tile in our shower. However, based on another location I placed these (the underside of a large shelf in my pantry) I ended up using super glue to secure these hooks. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing them unless you plan to make them permanent.

These suction cup hooks are great. They are large, but really strong. I used them to hang stockings for Christmas and a metal card holder. I also like to use them in the bathroom for extra towel hooks that can be moved higher as the kids grow taller. They are very strong and work well as long as you use them on a nonporous surface. Great value too.

We used them to fix LED lights to our mini bus on Christmas day when we took Santa around out local are giving away small gifts to children. They have great holding power and none of them came loose whilst we drove around for almost two hours. Great product.

I bought a pack of 10 to hang the small glass suncatcher's that I make. As always I made sure the window was clean and dry before attaching the suction cup. I put up the cups and left them awhile. All seemed OK. Hung my sun catchers. Overnight only two of the cups held, the others fell and the sun catchers broke. Really disappointed. The smaller size ones that I bought at Filco do a much better job. I wouldn't recommend using these to hang anything you care about.

I can’t get them to stick at all, tried all ways, tried different hooks, just can’t get them to work, waste of money.

They would fall off when I stack them on to tiles , I wouldn't advise anyone to buy these, dont waste you're money

I absolutely looove these hooks!They are amazingly simple to use and incredibly strong and versatile.Definitely a 'must- have- camping and around -the- home- gadget' to keep things in place and string nets from, washing lines, infact - anything at all!!
