Q: Concerned about putting hot liquid in cup/mug as it states "for decoration only". is it safe & durable? i do not want to get burned or hurt by my hot.

It was smaller than I expected (only about half the size of a regular mug) and I didn't read the label so I didn't catch the decoration part anyway! I've used it with both hot and cold liquid and not had any issues. (I have NOT put it in either the dishwasher or the microwave.) What I've been doing is just putting what I plan to drink directly in the mug (from the pot /teakettle/fridge) and then drinking immediately and washing by hand, and I plan to continue to do that.
