Good item but lid doesn’t seal no gasket in it

My wife was trying to reorganize her large collection of spice seasonings and finding it very frustrating to find what she was looking for while whipping up another of her creations. Bought these for her and labels to go on the lids...problem solved and one elated cook. No second thoughts on these other than the first order I made... packed the glass in a padded envelope and I received an envelope of lids and broken glass. Second order was in a box so no issues. Great jars but someone dropped the ball on sending the first batch or perhaps the delivery folks were just to rough?

These are very useful. I use a juicer, and make my own yogurt. I use these jars to divide up daily portions of drinkable nutrition. My only complaint is the price. Too expensive! If I could find these locally I wouldn’t pay the online price!

I have no idea why they are so cheap. I will use them to make candles for Christmas to give as gifts. I look around for larger quantities for cheaper but it just doesn't exist. I will buy 2 more packs and have a lot of fun making cute little candles for loved ones! Super cute, made in the US, glass and aluminum, easy to reuse and one day recycle... I don't see a flaw in them.

I bought these for homemade baby formula and baby food. I wanted glass containers. These jars are not meant for that purpose so I couldn't get mad when the lids started rusting from being constantly washed for 3 months. I almost looked for another container until I decided to try every lid on my spice jars to see if any of them would fit. Just my luck one did (black lid in picture). It is a 48mm or "48-400" smooth linerless lid. I ordered two dozen lids $0.20 a piece from another company (white lids in pictures). They have been working perfectly for weeks. I did not want to use plastic in my baby food storage, but its so great to have glass containers that have ounce/ml markings and the plastic lids don't touch the ingredients inside.I use the homemade formula recipe from the book "Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon" also found on Amazon. These are so cute!!!! I absolutely adore this size. I had no idea this size existed before coming across this listing here on Amazon. I bought them to hold spices (like cinnamon), but now I’m trying to figure out what else I could use them for so I could buy more! I’m just in love — so dang cute! And the classic Ball mason jar qualify. Love love love!!!

These jars fit perfectly in my regular kitchen drawer. With the tops labeled, it's easy to find the spice I'm looking for.

Perfect for salad dressing, catsup, or anything! The size is perfect when you have just a “smigen” if something you want to save.Needing to run an errand, I had to split-second pack up my grandson’s lunch, which included catsup (and of course I didn’t have any of those packets on hand). I put everything into a plastic container, squeezed some catsup into one of these minis, laid it on its side in the container. When we got underway, he unscrewed the jar and dipped his fish sticks with ease (and no mess)! I highly recommend having these cuties around.

Purchased to keep spices in, and they work perfectly for that!
